As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I support adults and couples of all backgrounds as they navigate anxiety, emotional burnout, and relationship challenges that often feel one sided.

Many of my clients feel stretched thin by anxiety, family expectations, and the emotional weight of intergenerational trauma. If you have spent years taking care of everyone else, navigating big transitions on your own, or quietly questioning your worth, I see you.

As a first generation Latina raised in NYC, I deeply understand the pressure of being “the strong one” in your family and relationships. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can let your guard down and be fully yourself.

This is a welcoming space for adults carrying too much inside. We gently explore the roots: family history, culture, identity, and how your body and mind react when you feel unseen or unheard. Sessions are trauma‑informed and paced with compassion and clarity.

RELATIONSHIP-FOCUSED THERAPY
(FOR INDIVIDUALS)
Even if you're coming in alone, your relationships (romantic, family, and in between) come with you.
You may be overextending yourself, struggling to ask for what you need, or repeating patterns you swore you'd never return to. We look at how those patterns formed, what they're protecting, and how to shift them without losing yourself.

COUPLE'S
THERAPY
For partners who want to reconnect and feel heard without falling into the same argument.
This is a space to pause the cycle, communicate with honesty, and rebuild the connection that brought you together. Whether you're facing conflict or just want to grow closer, therapy offers structure, support, and a chance to listen differently.

Together, we’ll slow down, tune into the emotions you’ve had to push aside, and look at the patterns that keep showing up, even when you’re ready for something different.

My approach blends structure and reflection.
I use tools like CBT (to understand your thoughts and behaviors), narrative therapy (to help you reframe your story), and psychodynamic work (to unpack where it all started). Some days we sit with the hard stuff. Other days, we gently challenge what’s been passed down or normalized.
This is a space for learning not performing. For unlearning what no longer fits and choosing what does.
